Allicin Active Complex

The wide spectrum of positive effects of garlic on the human body, and its use in the prevention of diseases, have been generally known for many centuries. The effects of Allivictus, a garlic tincture made of Czech garlic (Allium sativum) varieta vulgare, are derived especially from Allicin Active Complex™, which it is the only product on the market to contain.

The unique technology of production by hand ensures the enzymatic and non-enzymatic transformation of natural sulphur-containing amino acids found in garlic to biologically active, beneficial organic sulphurous compounds, which form Allicin Active Complex™.

Allicin is the main organic sulphurous compound of Allivictus; allicin has been known for a long time for its broad spectrum of antimicrobial effects, particularly against gram-negative bacteria and yeasts. At the same time, its significant antibiotic activity is beneficial when it comes to bacteria resistant against penicillin. Allicin, together with other organic sulphur compounds formed in the process of Allivictus “maturation”, provide a homological series of oligosulphides, which exert a positive effect on the immune system, i.e. increase the ability of the body to fight not only infectious diseases, but also cancer; they help to reduce blood pressure and blood cholesterol level, have a positive effect on blood circulation, and provide partial prevention against thrombosis within the bloodstream. Moreover, these substances provide the ability to protect cells, for example, in the liver, thanks to their antioxidant effect, not only against damage, but also against ageing. The amount of oligosulphides contained in Allivictus is more than 400 mg/l, which guarantees the significant effects mentioned above upon regular application for several weeks. In terms of its oligosulphide content, Allivictus can be considered as a stable product; actually on the contrary, it may be even stated that the amount of oligosulphides increases with “maturation”.

Approximately 500 mg/l of the amino acid S-allylcysteine (SAC) is an important part of Allicin Active Complex™; studies have provided evidence of the antioxidant, neuroprotective, but also anti-inflammatory effects of this amino acid.

Allicin Active Complex™ also contains other potentially biologically active substances, such as biologically active peptides, vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C and E, biotin (vitamin H), nicotinic acid, pantothenic acid, folic acid, and furthermore minerals such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and iron, but also rare trace elements such as iodine, selenium or germanium.

Allivictus is a well-balanced garlic supplement that contains a sufficient amount of organic sulphur compounds and other biologically active substances, which have beneficial effects for the defensive function of our body and for its general vitality.

Allicin Active Complex™ marketed as ALLIVICTUS® has been analysed by national accredited laboratories using randomly chosen samples and the results are available to the public. Allivictus content is also checked on a regular basis using an accredited method in terms of its microbiological safety and content of heavy metals.
